Tony's career spans investing, ecommerce, corporate development, M&A, and operating leadership, from BlackRock and Jet/Walmart to Warby Parker, Attentive, Pattern Brands, and Omniscale.
Tony started his career at BlackRock, advising central banks and sovereign wealth funds across Latin America, before moving into ecommerce at Jet.com and Walmart. He later worked across strategy, partnerships, and corporate development at Warby Parker and Attentive, then led M&A at Pattern Brands, closing six acquisitions in 18 months.
He founded Omniscale after seeing the same problem repeatedly across consumer businesses: strong products and real demand, but no systematic way to build retail distribution. At Scalable Labs, he stepped into an Acting Head of Strategic Finance role in 2026 to lead the company through restructuring, divestitures, and an operating turnaround.
Today, Tony leads Omniscale, which has supported +100 brands and +2,000 retail placements, and serves as an independent Board Director at Scalable Labs. He also works selectively with founders and leadership teams on growth, capital allocation, M&A, and strategic decisions.
For select founders, Tony works directly on the decisions that sit around growth: channel economics, capital planning, strategic partnerships, organizational priorities, and exit readiness. Advisory is deliberately limited so the work stays senior and hands-on.
